The Friends of Watch Hill  is a non – for profit organization whose mission is to promote and support the recreational use of Watch Hill @ Fire Island.
While preserving its natural resources and beauty. We are committed to developing and maintaining open, and on-going communication with the National Park Service in support of our mutual goals.
We will conduct and or  participate in raising funds and related activities solely for the purpose of improving the Recreational facilities of Watch Hill.
Our priority goal is to enhance the Visitors experience while preserving Watch Hill's natural beauty.

The Goals of Friends of Watch Hill are to - Assist in preserving Watch Hill, Fire Island, Help maintain mosquito control,
Stay informed about National Park Service Plans and Maintain the beauty of the recreational facilities at Watch Hill.
